Currently, this type of titanium-coated high-speed steel saw blade is commonly used in automatic metal circular saws for cutting seamless steel pipes, bars, and other metal materials. It not only effectively reduces sawing costs but also ensures sawing results.

4. Rose gold coating is also a PVD coating technology. High-speed steel saw blades with this coating are particularly suitable for use at high cutting speeds and high feed rates. They are generally used for precision machining of metal materials. Compared to other types of coated high-speed steel saw blades, this coating effectively reduces the likelihood of debris adhering to the saw blade. Its surface hardness ensures stability during material sawing. Rose gold coated high-speed steel saw blades are generally used for sawing materials such as copper alloys and titanium alloys.
